Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is a reliable and effective way for both men and women to restore balance to their hormones as they shift with age-related training. But what is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy? Is it good for those enduring menopausal changes? Is it better suited for men or women? Let’s look closely at bioidentical hormone replacement and its role for menopausal women–including five reasons why women choose to use these pellets for hormone replacement.
BHRT is an acronym for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. It is a form of hormone therapy that uses hormones derived from plants that are chemically identical to those produced by the human body. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is a wonderful solution for both men and women, and the use of BHRT pellets can help those going through menopausal hormonal changes.
BHRT is typically used to treat the common symptoms of hormonal imbalance in both men and women, including problems such as hot flashes, mood swings, low libido, and fatigue. It can also be used to prevent many age-related diseases like osteoporosis and heart disease.
